Our Art Deco Units celebrate Albany’s heritage in a magnificent building, purpose-built for accommodation in 1950. Complete with today’s modern conveniences our Art Deco Units offer a fully self-contained home away from home. These units comprise large rooms with high ceilings and include a choice of either Twin Share, 2bedroom, or 3bedroom Unit.
All of these units are air-conditioned for your comfort and comprise fully equipped kitchens with a fridge/freezer, microwave, freestanding oven with stovetop, coffee and tea making facilities, sofas, and a flat-screen TV.
Our Art Deco 3bedroom unit has a Queen bed and a single bed in two of the bedrooms and a single bed in a smaller third bedroom. This unit has a separate kitchen and lounge area and is perfect for two couples or family and friends.
Our Studio Units are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple.
They all have a Queen bed and sofa with the option of a folder bed on request. For all your self-catering needs there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and electric benchtop hotplates. The studio unit has a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. They are cosy and warm with reverse cycle air conditioning and a flat-screen TV which can be watched from the comfort of the kitchen table, lounge, or whilst you are lying in bed.
Our Large 2bedroom Units are situated at the rear of the complex with their own undercover carports. They are large, spacious, wheelchair-friendly apartments with ample room to spread out.
They comprise two large bedrooms with one Queen bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom plus the option for a folder bed on request. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, free standing oven with stovetop, and microwave for all your self-catering needs. There is a separate large lounge area with two lounges and a flat-screen TV with the option of a DVD player on request. The bathroom is spacious with a level floor and wheelchair-accessible shower.
